  • Designed and developed a custom customer portal enabling clients to track order progress in real time with structured status updates and a clear audit trail managed by administrators
  • Built role-based access control with secure email-based JWT authentication and refresh token rotation stored in HTTP-only cookies, ensuring scoped permissions and tailored dashboards per role
  • Designed a normalized SQL schema to manage users, orders, consultation bookings, and status history, ensuring data integrity and accurate order tracking across the platform
  • Integrated the Amelia Booking system for consultation scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations directly from the dashboard
  • Automated order visibility workflows with real-time status progression, replacing manual spreadsheet tracking and improving operational transparency and administrative efficiency
